Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Center City Bail Bonds ("we," "us") handles personal information when you visit centercitybailbonds.com (the "Site"), submit one of its forms, or receive an email we send in response.

Center City Bail Bonds is a private bail bond business located at 1238 South Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147, phone (215) 870-8197. We are not a court, government agency, police department, jail or law firm.

This policy covers the Site and the emails it sends. It does not replace any written agreement you sign if you later work with us on a bail bond; that paperwork, and how it is handled, is separate.

Information We Collect

Bail assistance request form

The three-step request form asks for:

  • About the person in custody (step 1): full name (required), and date of birth or approximate age (both optional).
  • Location (step 2): where the arrest happened (optional). Suggestions come from a list built into the Site; what you type is not sent to a mapping service. On some pages, such as a jail or county page, the facility or location is filled in from the page you are on.
  • About you (step 3): your name, phone number and email address, and the phone, text and email consent checkbox.

The form does not ask for charges, bail amounts, case numbers, Social Security numbers, payment details or identification documents. Please do not include them.

General inquiry form (Contact page)

This form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, an inquiry topic and your message, plus a checkbox confirming the inquiry is about general business matters and not bail assistance or case details.

Information sent with a form

  • The page you submitted from, including its web address. If you arrived from a link with tracking codes, those codes can be part of that address.
  • For the bail request form: the exact consent wording shown to you, its version, the links it contained, and the time you submitted it.
  • A random reference number for the request, used to prevent duplicate messages.

Information about someone else

The bail request form usually includes information about another person, the person in custody. Please share only what is needed for us to understand the request. The phone and text consent applies to the phone number you enter as your own.

Technical information

Like most websites, the systems that host and protect the Site may automatically record technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. Analytics and embedded services described in section 7 may also collect technical information.

Phone calls

If you call us, we receive the information you share on the call and the number you call from.

Minors

The Site and its forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children through the Site, and the bail request form should not be used for juveniles.

How We Use Information

We use information submitted through the Site to:

  • respond to your bail assistance request or general inquiry, and contact you about it;
  • send the confirmation email you receive after submitting a form;
  • review the details you provided so we can explain possible next steps;
  • provide customer service;
  • keep the Site secure and prevent duplicate, misdirected or fraudulent submissions;
  • find and fix technical problems;
  • understand, in general terms, how the Site is used, where analytics are active (section 7); and
  • meet legal obligations that apply to us.

The Site does not use your submission for advertising, remarketing or automated text-message campaigns.

How Form Submissions Are Delivered

The Site does not hold form submissions in a customer database. When you submit a form, our web server sends its contents by email, through Lovable's email connection and the email delivery service Resend, to:

  • a designated Center City Bail Bonds staff inbox; and
  • the company that supports our website and marketing operations, so it can confirm requests are delivered correctly.

If you gave an email address, you also receive a confirmation that summarizes what you entered. These emails are sent from info@centercitybailbonds.com, a send-only address. Replies to the confirmation reach our staff inbox.

What this means

Your submission leaves the Site. Copies exist with the email delivery service, in the recipients' email accounts and, for the confirmation, in your own inbox.

Storage and Retention

Because submissions are delivered by email rather than saved in a website database, information you submit may be kept in these places:

  • Email delivery service: Resend keeps message records and logs under its own retention practices.
  • Recipient email accounts: the staff and support inboxes that receive the message, and their email providers.
  • Your inbox: the confirmation email, if you provided an email address.
  • Hosting and security logs: technical records kept by the companies that run the Site's infrastructure.

The bail request form does not save your entries in your browser. While you fill it in, they are held only in the open page, so they are still there if a send attempt fails, and they are cleared once the request is confirmed as sent. The confirmation page address contains no personal details.

We do not promise immediate deletion from systems we do not control, such as email providers or the delivery service, or where we must keep information for legal reasons.

Service Providers

These outside services are currently active on the Site:

  • Lovable: hosts and runs the Site and its servers, stores Site content (such as blog articles), and carries the form emails to Resend.
  • Resend: delivers form notification and confirmation emails.
  • Email providers: the providers of the inboxes that receive form emails.
  • Google Analytics: measures Site use on centercitybailbonds.com when it is switched on (section 7).
  • Google Fonts: supplies the Site's typefaces. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details.
  • Google Maps: embedded maps of our office and of facilities and courts on some pages.
  • Elfsight: shows Google reviews on the homepage, the About page and some city pages.
  • BabyLoveGrowth: supplies blog articles. Article images load from its media server.

The Site also includes Google Search Console verification tags. These only prove site ownership to Google; they do not track visitors. The Site does not run advertising pixels, Google Ads conversion tags, a tag-manager container, chat tools or a customer database for form submissions.

Cookies, Analytics and Tracking

Needed for the Site to work

The Site uses your browser's temporary session storage to restore your scroll position when you go back a page and, after a site update, to record the time of an automatic reload so it is not repeated. Neither holds personal details, and both clear when you close the tab. The Site itself does not set advertising cookies.

Analytics

On centercitybailbonds.com, the Site can use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) and receives technical information such as your IP address, device, browser and pages viewed. We also send a few events, such as a phone-link click or a form result. These carry only the page type, county and result, never your name, contact details, date of birth, message or case details.

Embedded services

The reviews widget from Elfsight sets a cookie on its own domain and stores a small display setting in your browser. Google Maps and Google Fonts receive standard technical information when they load and may set cookies under Google's policies.

Your controls

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. Blocking these does not stop the forms from working.

Information Sharing

We share information submitted through the Site only as needed to:

  • deliver it to our staff and support recipients and send your confirmation (sections 4 and 6);
  • operate and secure the Site through the service providers listed in section 6; and
  • comply with the law, a subpoena or a court order, or protect our rights and the safety of others.

If you go on to work with us on a bail bond, information needed for that bond may be shared with the court, the facility, and the surety company or other parties involved. That happens under the bond paperwork, not through the Site.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards for information submitted through the Site, including:

  • encrypted (HTTPS) connections on the Site;
  • accepting form submissions only from the Site's approved pages and addresses; and
  • keeping staff-only areas of the system restricted to authorized people.

No website, email system or transmission method is completely secure, and email can pass through several providers. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive financial, identification or case documents through the Site's forms.

Privacy Choices and Requests

To ask about information you submitted, correct it, ask us to delete it, or change how we contact you:

  • call (215) 870-8197; or
  • write to Center City Bail Bonds, 1238 South Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147.

Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. We will respond to requests within a reasonable time. Deletion may be limited where the law requires us to keep information, or where copies are held by providers we do not control.

Policy Updates and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect.
