By using the Site or submitting one of its forms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- submit false, misleading or impersonating information;
- enter someone else's phone number or email as your own, or a number you are not allowed to use;
- send spam, automated or bulk submissions, or try to get around the Site's form protections;
- try to access staff-only areas, systems or information you are not authorized to see;
- interfere with, overload or attack the Site, or introduce malicious code; or
- use the Site to harass, threaten or harm anyone.
We may refuse or ignore submissions that appear to break these rules.
Informational Content Only
Pages about bail, courts, jails, inmate searches and legal procedures are general information. They are not legal advice, and using the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. We are not a law firm. For advice about a specific case, speak with a licensed Pennsylvania attorney.
Not a government website
Center City Bail Bonds is a private business. We are not part of, or affiliated with, any court, police department, sheriff's office, jail, correctional facility or government agency.
Custody and court information
Custody status, bail amounts, court dates and similar records are kept by courts and facilities, not by us. They can be delayed, incomplete or changed. Always confirm details directly with the court or facility.
Bail Assistance Inquiries
Submitting a form is a request, not a bond
Sending a bail assistance request or general inquiry does not create a bail bond, a contract, or an obligation for either of us. It does not guarantee that we will accept the request, that a bond will be approved, or that anyone will be released.
- Forms are not monitored as an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911. For urgent bail help, call (215) 870-8197.
- The bail request form is for adults in custody. Do not use it for juveniles.
- Use the general inquiry form only for business matters, not bail requests or case details.
- Provide accurate information, and only what is needed for the request.
Calls, texts and emails about your request
The bail request form includes a consent checkbox that refers to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you check it and submit the form:
- you agree to receive calls, text messages (SMS) and emails from Center City Bail Bonds about your bail inquiry, at the phone number and email you provided, including messages sent using automated technology;
- consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can call us directly instead;
- message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies;
- reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help; and
- mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Do not rely on text or email for time-critical matters. Call us instead.
Services, Payments and Agreements
The Site does not take payments, set fees or create bail bond agreements. If we write a bond, its terms are set by the separate written agreement, indemnity and other paperwork signed at that time, together with the court's order and Pennsylvania law. That paperwork controls over anything on the Site.
Figures and examples on the Site are general illustrations. Nothing on the Site guarantees a particular bail amount, premium, payment arrangement, approval, release time or outcome.
Pennsylvania's courts decide whether bail can be posted in cash or by other approved methods. Our pages that describe payment methods give general information only; confirm accepted methods with the court or facility.
Licensing and Regulatory Information
In Pennsylvania, people who work as bail bondsmen must be licensed by the Pennsylvania Insurance Department, and bail bonds are subject to state law and the rules of each county's courts.
External Links
The Site links to websites we do not control, including court, government, facility and map services. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability, and a link does not mean we endorse them or that they endorse us.
Intellectual Property
The Site's original text, design, graphics and arrangement belong to Center City Bail Bonds or are used with permission. You may view, print and share Site pages for personal, non-commercial use, and link to them. You may not copy, republish or resell Site content for commercial use without our written permission.
Court rules, statutes and other government materials quoted or linked on the Site are public materials and are not claimed as ours. Names, marks and seals of courts, counties, agencies and other businesses belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Website Availability and Accuracy
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but addresses, phone numbers, procedures and laws change, and the Site may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time. Confirm important details with the court, facility or our office before relying on them.
Limitations
The Site is provided for general information. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete, and we are not responsible for decisions made by courts, facilities or other third parties.
Applicable Law
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect. Changes apply from that date and do not change agreements already signed.
